Diana Rivas
Director
Ms. Diana Rivas is delighted with the opportunity to be the Center Director at L’Academy, Davis. She has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2010 and began her career by working with children as a mentor at an after-school program.
Ms. Diana received her Early Childhood Education from Ventura College in Southern California where she grew up and her Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkeley.
She lives in Davis with her husband, Daniel, their three beautiful children, and their three beloved pets. She is passionate about creating a warm and engaging classroom environment and always strives to do her very best for her students. She is happy to be part of the L’Academy Davis family.
Carolina Sandoval
Lead Infant Teacher
Mrs. Carolina (Mrs. Caro) is the Infant and Toddler Lead Teacher at L’Academy this year, with 5 years of teaching experience. She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for her students. A proud mom of a 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son, Mrs. Caro is bilingual in Spanish and English. In her free time, she enjoys family outings to the park, caring for her Standard Poodle, coffee, shopping, reading, and outdoor activities.

Lead Toddler Teacher
Ms. Carol Ramos, originally from Colombia, has been in the U.S. for 14 months and is passionate about supporting children’s growth in all areas of development. Known for her patience and calm nature, she strives to create a nurturing, joyful environment where children can thrive. Ms. Carol is dedicated to being a positive role model and contributing to the school community. In her free time, she enjoys movies, shopping, and sharing coffee or hot chocolate with friends. Her favorite color is pink!
