Ms. Anna Hussey brings 25 years of experience in early childhood education (ECE) to L’Academy Cary, where she is guiding the center through the NC Star Rating qualification process. A Cary native, Ms. Anna has served as the Director of several well-known 5-star preschools, specializing in program quality, curriculum development, and accreditation.

Her expertise will be instrumental in ensuring L’Academy Cary upholds the highest standards of early education. With Ms. Anna's support, L’Academy Cary will continue to grow as a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners.

Ms Laura was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where she studied and received her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE). Inspired by her mother, who is a school director, Ms Laura has dedicated over 10 years to the field of childcare.

Ms Laura loves her job as the Assistant Director at L'Academy which is a day-to-day adventure. ECE requires a lot of hard work. Ms Laura is committed to delivering high quality care and education to all of our little ones because they deserve the best. Ms Laura believes that the L'Academy's team truly brings the best to the table when it comes to care, love, and education for our precious and amazing children.

Outside of her professional life, Ms Laura and her loving husband have raised two beautiful boys.

Ms. Yanely has 13 years of teaching experience. She has a Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching and a Master's degree in Theory and Practice of Contemporary English. She has earned her teaching certificate from the University of Cambridge. For nearly two years, she has proudly worked at L'Academy, where her passion for teaching flourishes as she guides young minds on their educational journeys.

She believes that every child deserves a safe space to grow, explore, and thrive. Ms Yanely strives to create an atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence. As an educator and a devoted team member, she cherish the moments spent with each one of her children and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of her students.

Ms. Yanely was born in Cuba. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, watching TV, reading, walking and shopping.

Ms. Suzy Shujing Li is our Mandarin Pre-k teacher. She holds a bachelor of Arts in English Education and has over five years of experience teaching Chinese language art and culture in preschool and elementary school. She has a passion for teaching and promoting the emotional, cognitive, social, and physical development of each child.

Ms. Suzy loves gardening, cooking, and yoga.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Ms Suzy's favorite food is mooncake.

Ms. Ashley has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special and Physical Education (k-12). Her family was originally from Puerto Rico. She has worked in the field of education for many years, with four most recent and consecutive years in childcare.

Ms Ashley thoroughly enjoys working with our early learners! It brings her great joy to help them grow and learn. Ms Ashley strongly believes that the best learning experience happens when kids are playing and having fun. This allows them to be active and learn important skills naturally.

Outside of work, Ms. Ashley enjoys playing softball and drawing. Her favorite food is hamburger.

Ms. Wendy received a Master's degree in Teaching Chinese and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language. She has dedicated her career to fostering language skills and cultural appreciation among children. Over the past few years, she has gained invaluable experience in childcare, serving as a substitute teacher, camp director, and Chinese language instructor. Her passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as she truly enjoy working with kids of all ages and witnessing their growth and development. She understand the importance of creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

She is thrilled to be a part of L'Academy, where she has made a meaningful difference in each child's life. She believes that every interaction is an opportunity to inspire and empower young minds; and she strives to instill a love of learning in every encounter.

At home, Ms Wendy is a wife and a proud mother to a wonderful daughter and an energetic puppy.

Ms. Bei Dang, who goes by Tina, is from China and has a passion for working with children. She has previous experience teaching preschool students in America and elementary school students in China, focusing on language learning in both settings.

At L'Academy, Ms. Tina will be supporting all groups as a helper. She is most excited to spend time with each child, learning about their interests, and feels fulfilled when her efforts are recognized. Ms. Tina is grateful for the opportunity to teach and looks forward to furthering her education in Child Development through upcoming classes.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, photography, and volunteering. One of Ms. Tina's favorite childhood books is Fathers and Sons.

Ms. Bisamary has many years of experience working with young children and has a special love for teaching infants through preschool-age children. She finds the most rewarding part of her job to be watching children learn and grow.

She currently resides in Cary, NC, and values the time she spends with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music and relaxing in her free time.

Ms. Isamary has been a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for the past two years, passionately committed to ensuring children grow and thrive in a safe environment. Working at L'Academy has been a truly rewarding experience as part of this amazing team. She is proud to contribute to the meaningful, positive impact we collectively make on the lives of the children in our care. Her goal is to continue fostering a nurturing atmosphere where every child feels loved, valued and supported.

At home, Ms. Isamary enjoys dancing and listening to music. Her favorite food is shrimp.

Ms. Iliana is a recent High School graduate currently enrolled in college to pursue a degree in Education.

With three years of experience in the childcare field, she is committed to making a positive difference in children's lives and being a role model. At L'Academy, she cherish the connections she is making with each child and their families.

Outside of work, Ms Iliana enjoys dancing. She is a proud sister of two younger brothers. Her favorite food is ramen.

Ms. Yanni has two years experience working in the Early Childhood Education field. She enjoys building strong connections with kids and watching them grow and learn.

It brings her joy when she sees their excitement for school and learning new things. It is her strongest belief that our future lies within our children.

In her free time, Ms. Yami enjoys listening to reading, walking and coloring. Her favorite food is spaghetti.

Ms. Yingbei is our Mandarin Two's Assistant Teacher. She is compassionate and energetic. Ms. Yingbei has 7 years of experience teaching Chinese to first-grade children. She recently completed her Early Childhood Education certification.

When she is not working, Ms. Yingbei loves dancing, and spending time with her family. Her Son Leon loves coming to our Spanish Pre-k program.
